We have a 100yr old house that was never water-proofed properly and were getting water coming in the back during heavy rains. After digging up to correct that we were left with a big stretch of dirt/gravel all along the backline of the house so Chris and his team came in to remove that and put down new asphalt to finish the seal. The grading was perfect to move away from the house and flow into the other section of driveway, everything smooth and finished nicely and spotless clean up job. Same-day completion, easy scheduling, fair rates, friendly guys!

Chris and his crew was amazing! I was left to deal with the aftermath of a pipe replacement and it was incredibly hard to find someone willing to take on a driveway repair. Chris responded promptly and everything went smoothly from that point on - they did a fantastic job!!

I highly recommend Discount Pothole and Sealing. Chris sealed both my driveway and my neighbors driveway, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Communication was fast, easy, and professional, and Chris took his time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it like some other companies do. He was very honest, hardworking, friendly, and respectful, with great attention to detail. The guy who was helping him was also very professional and did a fantastic job.

The price was by far the most honest and fair compared to the other quotes I received. Chris is a solid guy who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a quality job.

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to have their driveway sealed or needing driveway work done. Thanks again for the great workmanship and service.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism we received from Chris and the team. They were immediate in their communication and were able to pencil us in for a date within a couple days. We had a few holes that needed repair and they did this and matched the driveway with a seal so that it all looks perfectly uniform.

This company is a great find! We had a couple of small jobs to prevent bigger issues. Chris was happy to do them.

He and Daniel were fast but thorough in their work. Chris evaluated everything carefully before starting and did proper before and after walkthroughs with me.

Price was entirely fair. I also appreciated Chris keeping me posted of his ETA throughout the day. All in all, an excellent experience!

Chris has now worked on my driveway a couple of times, filling cracks and resealing the full driveway. I got his name from a friend, who said that his neighbour had been singing his praises. I agree with that neighbour's review. Chris is a pleasure to work with, responding back quickly to inquiries, arriving on time and doing a professional job. I will continue to use his services as long as I have a driveway to be maintained.

A bit of a disappointing experience last summer/fall. We agreed on a friday evening appointment. They showed up in the morning, so I wasn’t present when the job was being completed. There was an area near my interlocking that wasn’t done and reached out to Chris to see what could be done about it. They said they would pop by and do it next time they were in the area OR I could go to Home Depot and do it myself. I requested they do it next time they were in the area. Because it wouldn’t have been missed if they came during the agreed upon time when I would have been present. AND I didn’t just spend $500 to have to finish the job myself.

Well, that was September of 2025. I guess I was forgotten about.

Chris did a terrific job repairing the driveway to the garage door gap. He’s an asphalt craftsman who takes pride in his job and his relationship with his customers. He also patched damage done to my driveway by some scammers. The pricing was great compared to buying a cold patch kits - he came when he said he would and entertained a bunch of my neighbours who just liked to watch 😄

I’ve been putting off sealing for years and it really showed. Discount Pothole team sealed my driveway last week and did an awesome job. Not a drop of tar on the interlocking or grass, which I really appreciated. Only thing, that sealant smell stuck around for a couple of days longer than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but maybe plan ahead if you’ve got kids or pets around.

We had Chris and his crew here yesterday to true up the sides of the driveway to meet with the new stones that we laid. He did an amazing job with the asphalt repair and then sealed it as well (this is the first time that we sealed our driveway as we have looked at other jobs that were done and it just didn't look good) we were hesitant about the sealing but it came out looking sooooo good!
Chris exudes Customer Service. He always gets back to you when he says he will and he showed up on time. Once again, great job!

We had a small sized residential job. It was a long process to find a good pro for small asphalt work. Larger shops hung up on us unless we tore everything up and re-paved. Smaller outfits only used off the shelf cold fill, which tears out after a winter.

Chris was great to work with. He shared practical advice for us and recommended a maintenance plan that does not end with us tearing it all up and redoing it.

Now I don't worry about it. Thanks Chris!
